Consultations and bookings
The consultation is a complimentary 20-minute call designed to discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether coaching is the right fit for you.
When booking a consultation, a £10 holding deposit is secured against a payment card saved securely through Stripe. Your card is not charged at the time of booking and will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.
You may cancel or reschedule your consultation using the link provided in your confirmation email.
If I ever need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, I will let you know as soon as possible and your card will never be charged.
Coaching services
Coaching provides personalised guidance on training, exercise, recovery and general nutrition. Coaching is intended to support your health and fitness goals but does not constitute medical advice, physiotherapy, diagnosis or treatment for any medical condition.
If you have a medical condition, injury, or any concerns about your ability to exercise safely, you should seek advice from your GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional before starting coaching.
Results will always depend on factors including consistency, effort, lifestyle and individual circumstances. As such, no specific outcome or result can be guaranteed.
Client responsibilities
To help provide the best possible coaching, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your health, injuries and training history.
- Inform me of any significant changes to your health or circumstances that may affect your coaching.
- Complete check-ins where applicable.
- Train safely, within your own capabilities, and use appropriate equipment responsibly.
Minimum commitment
Both Online Coaching and In-Person Coaching have a minimum commitment of three months. Lasting progress takes time, and this commitment allows us to establish consistent habits, review progress and make meaningful adjustments to your training and overall coaching plan.
Following the initial three-month commitment, coaching continues on a rolling monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.
Communication
Coaching includes ongoing support via WhatsApp and email.
Whilst I aim to respond as promptly as possible, responses are typically provided during normal working hours and are not intended for emergency or immediate advice.
Payment for coaching
The consultation is complimentary.
Coaching fees, billing schedule and start date will be agreed following your consultation before coaching begins.
Coaching is provided through recurring monthly memberships, with payment collected securely via Stripe or another agreed payment method.
The only payment that may be charged without entering into a coaching agreement is the £10 consultation holding deposit, in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
Cancellation of coaching
Following the initial three-month commitment, either party may end coaching by providing at least 14 days’ written notice before the next monthly billing date.
Monthly membership payments already made are non-refundable once the relevant coaching period has commenced.
Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of coaching services, refunds are not available once coaching has commenced or a personalised programme has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.
Your coaching materials
Training programmes, educational resources and any other coaching materials provided during your membership are created for your personal use only.
They may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced or resold without my prior written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
I provide coaching with reasonable skill and care. I cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss or damage arising from:
- Failure to follow coaching guidance.
- Training beyond agreed limits.
- Misuse of equipment.
- Health conditions or injuries that were not disclosed before or during coaching.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time.
Any material changes will apply to future coaching agreements or, where appropriate, will be communicated to existing clients in advance.
The latest version will always be available on this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
